Sample policy

Approve the product before scaling.

  • Samples are available subject to product and material availability.
  • Sample preparation target: 3–5 days after confirmation.
  • Sample orders are 100% prepaid.
  • Courier cost and sample-fee refund conditions are confirmed in the quotation.
  • OEM samples may require artwork, tooling or packaging charges.
Payment terms

Clear stages for commercial control.

  • Bulk orders: 30% T/T deposit and 70% before shipment.
  • Samples: 100% payment before production or dispatch.
  • Accepted methods supplied: T/T, Western Union and PayPal.
  • L/C is currently not supported.
  • Bank details are provided only on verified official documents—never on the public website.
Shipping

FOB export coordination.

  • Confirmed terms: FOB Ningbo and FOB Shanghai.
  • Shipping may be coordinated with Sinotrans, Jincheng Logistics, Maersk and COSCO, subject to booking.
  • Production target: 15–20 days, subject to product, quantity and peak season.
  • Peak production season: July–December.
  • Other Incoterms must be agreed separately.
After-sales process

Document, review and resolve.

  • Inspect goods promptly after receipt.
  • Provide order number, carton marks, quantities, photos and videos for a claim.
  • Manufacturing issues are reviewed against the approved sample and specification.
  • Replacement, credit or other resolution is agreed case by case.
  • Final warranty terms are confirmed in the sales contract.
